Vaporizer output concentration verification at each scheduled preventative maintenance visit. Manufacturer scheduled replacement parts and PM kits. Also includes telephone technical support 24/7/365. Emergency service travel and labor vary per facility. Excludes non-routine and emergency service repair parts; excludes manufacturer recommended routine replacement service of Ohmeda vaporizers.

Comprehensive Service Agreement – Includes priority service, travel and labor charges for scheduled preventative maintenance service inspections. Vaporizer output concentration verification at each scheduled preventative maintenance visit. Manufacturer scheduled replacement parts, PM Kits and emergency repair parts. Includes travel and labor charges for all emergency service visits. Also includes telephone technical support 24/7/365. Exclusions: repair work and parts for damage caused by customer/physical abuse; customer replaceable consumables, cables, and sensors; repair/replacement of (Sevo/Des) Abbott/Baxter owned vaporizers; manufacturer recommended routine replacement service of Ohmeda vaporizers. Note: Comprehensive contract requires that the quoted equipment be in fully functional condition and operating within manufacturer specifications prior to coverage under this contract.

D-Vapor Service Agreement – Includes priority service, travel and labor charges for scheduled preventative maintenance service inspections. Vaporizer output concentration verification at each scheduled preventative maintenance visit. Also includes telephone technical support 24/7/365. Excludes installed parts and emergency repair service.

AGR Scavenger Service Agreement – Includes priority service, travel and labor charges for scheduled preventative maintenance service inspections. Test to ensure unit is cycling properly. Also includes telephone technical support 24/7/365. Excludes installed parts and emergency repair service.

Are your Biomedical Technicians in need of assistance completing preventative maintenance in a timely manner? We can assist as needed. Our One Time Visit program includes travel, labor and parts all billed on a time and material basis. Also includes telephone technical support 24/7/365. Excludes installed parts and emergency repair service.

Do you prefer scheduled routine service without an agreement? We will track when service is needed and contact you a month in advance to schedule your preventative maintenance service.
